You go to the Real Estate office, itâs late at night and Ryan is still there working. Heâs on a call to his little sister on the phone and it sounds personal.
Heâs helping his little sister with her homework. He has no idea what sheâs talking about though and is just googling the answers for her. Heâs a bit embarrassed because his sister looks up to him thinking heâs smart but heâs got more EQ than IQ so he hustles extra hard to be successful and take care of her. His sister is really smart.

He shows you the social media channel heâs made in his spare time and you are his first subscriber. Itâs just videos of him flexing, you suggest putting some actual useful work out content on there to get people to subscribe.
He gives it a shot but he suddenly panics and freezes up on camera. You try to get him to loosen up and thinking of it like selling houses.
He says people need houses so thatâs easy and you counter with people need his motivation. Ryan explodes with âWELCOME TO RIPPED RYANSâ YOUTUBE CHANNEL, GETTING RIPPED WITH RIPPED RYAN!!!! I WILL HELP YOU!!!â

Ryan is shirtless and holding you above his head as a barbell. The client is shocked but Ryan manages to turn it around into a sale of a house somehow.

You go on a double date with his sister who has come to visit. She introduces her girlfriend Ryan was expecting a boyfriend. Heâs surprised but recovers well. Every time he asks an inappropriate question you have to hit his leg under the table to stop him. (The questions are not inappropriate because of the partners gender but rather inappropriate because of his over protectiveness. Eg. What time do you expect to have my baby sister home tonight??)
His sister reveals that she knows Ryan isnât book smart but she looks up to him because he always tries so hard with everything he does.
