History and Trivia
Pinewood Central was originally build as student accomodation for Garland University. It’s owned by a corporation and when Garland went through a financial crisis it amended the building rules to allow non-students to live there too.
There are still a lot of arbitrary rules in the building as a hold over from its student days and management never listens to the renters concerns.

Summary
You arrive at Pinewood Central Lobby and meet Dan the building manager. He’s pumped and excited to meet a new resident!
He shows you around the lobby explaining the facilities and then to your apartment. He mentions that you must be tired from your trip so he bought you a bento from the Supa24 across the road. He hopes you will be good friends!
He leaves the bento on the stove for you and leave you to explore your new apartment.

Event 1 - Things look bad! Fix the street lights!
Objective
Help Dan get started on his list by replacing the lights around Pinewood Central.

Summary
You come into the lobby and hear Dan on the phone in his office, he’s talking to the management company. They are mad that the turn over over of students is so high and there are so many empty rooms. Dan is very sad and overwhelmed by the scale of problems in the building. He needs to just pick something small to cross off the list to get some momentum.
Dan asks your opinion on how to make the building better. Avery walks in and Dan asks her opinion too. She says Haruka is always complaining that the lamps outside don’t work properly and it makes her feel unsafe walking home.
Dan isn’t sure how he can make the council fix the lamps. Avery tells you both to meet her outside in 20min.
You wait for Avery outside and she shows up with light bulbs that she’s gotten by questionable means.
You and Dan work together to change the bulbs. Haruka arrives home, sees the lights and thanks you both!
