Summary
You come out of the club at night and Dan is sitting on a chair with a blanket and thermos outside pinewood making sure everyone gets home safely. Avery stumbles out after you, clearly very drunk. Dan sees her stumbling and gets her to sit down on the chair and have some water to hydrate. He calls it “Dans friendly hydration station”.
You and Dan help Avery back to her apartment. He tells you that he stays out here on Friday nights to make sure everyone gets home safely. Especially after what happened with that one kid.... but we don’t talk about him.
He plays it off like he’s hanging out there to get the good gossip. But he would never actually go into the club because he doesn’t want to cramp anyone’s style and he feels too old for it. For a lot of the people who live in Pinewood, it’s their first time away from home so he wants to help them succeed.

You walk in on him painting his (equivalent to WarHammer) models. You seem politely interested he so tells you about them in great detail.
When he moved to the building and away from his old friends group, he suddenly found himself with a lot of time on his hands. For a long time he tried to make friends locally but he couldn’t ever get past being acquaintances. So he decided to pour his energy into learning a hobby. He tried several and wasn’t very good until he hit model building and loved it!
He makes a a joke about them being so detailed because in the game they are only 1px high.

Somehow you end up at the egg seller market stall where you adopt a chicken in his name. Every month you get some free eggs from the chicken. He loves it and names the chicken after you because you are the two most important things in his life.

- Lots of different foods in the kitchen, it’s well stocked with things in case any residents have an emergency and need things. Eggs too obviously.

- Tv in the bedroom so he can watch while he goes to sleep.
- Big bath, like how did he even get it into this apartment? It’s his one big financial luxury.
