Cedar Court

A historical building that was once beautiful, it is now falling apart from years of neglect due to mismanagement, the financial crisis and budget problems.

Birch Tower

A brand new luxury high rise apartment complex with all the amenities… well some of the amenities.

Maple Place

A fairly new building with a focus on greenery and design being overrun by a large proportion of short stay apartment rentals.

Pinewood Central

A bright student accomodation block from the 90’s that has a high resident turnover and has seen better days.

Building Events

Each building has a unique main storyline to progress though and includes various upgrades for the building.

Building events may require the player to complete mini games, larger tasks or collect items to improve the building.

Each building has 6 events to complete with various subtasks, check the building page for detailed information on triggers, rewards and plot summaries.

Moving Apartments

Once you have moved into your initial apartment you are able to move between building and upgrade your apartment to a larger layout.

How to unlock moving apartments

  • Move in to your first apartment (studio size).
  • Read Ryan’s letter on day 1 to unlock your council security deposit loan.
  • Pay off the security deposit loan.
    • New apartments are unlocked: studios in all 4 buildings plus the 1 bedroom option in your own building.
  • Visit the Quality Real Estate office and interact with the front desk to see the available options.
  • Select the apartment you want to move to. Move in costs must be paid up front.
  • Once costs are paid the moving day scene will start immediately.

Every time you move to a larger apartment new options will be unlocked. Available options in each building are: studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom.

Moving day

  • After the move in is set you will be transported back to your apartment to pack.
  • Interact with your furniture to box it all up. Items in your room and storage will be transported automatically.
  • Once you’re finished, exit out the door for a final look around the apartment.
  • Once you’re in the new apartment, if you haven’t lived in this building before your new building manager will come to introduce themselves.
  • Otherwise you can unbox your furniture by interacting with it.
  • If you leave the apartment and come back your furniture will unbox automatically.
  • Enjoy your new apartment!

Note that you can only complete building events for the apartment you currently live in. If you move back to an old building you can pick up where you left off.
